ScoreMyArrow (“we”, “us”) provides tournament management software for archery clubs and events. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use our website and services.

Support access and impersonation

When you contact support or report a technical issue, authorized ScoreMyArrow platform administrators may access your account in a read-only impersonation session to diagnose the problem. We look up your account using the email associated with your support request (for example, the address you use to sign in).

  • Administrators view the application as you would see it — including your clubs, role-based screens, and visible data — without using your password.
  • Impersonation sessions are read-only. Administrators cannot create, edit, or delete data on your behalf while impersonating.
  • Each impersonation session is logged (who accessed, which account, when, and the stated reason) for security and accountability.
  • Only a small set of internal platform administrators may use this capability — not club admins or other members.
